Key Responsibilities:
Optimise manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.
Support daily production-resolve build and quality issues swiftly.
Lead process development and testing for new product introductions (NPI).
Maintain documentation, tools, and calibration of production equipment.
Ensure ISO 9001 and QMS compliance; support COSHH and electrical safety.
Investigate and resolve non-conformances with root cause analysis.
Mentor junior engineers and production teams on process and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to design-for-manufacture efforts.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree-qualified in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years' experience in low-volume, electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Background in scientific, medical, or regulated products preferred.
Familiar with CE marking; US regulatory knowledge is a plus.
Strong communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
Practical, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
