We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial Director of Sales and Marketing. The role requires a creative, data‑driven specialist to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products and services, enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
* Create, curate and manage engaging content for websites, blogs and social media.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
* Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement.
* Collaborate with content creators and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
* Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
* Lead menu updates in partnership with the operations team, delivering seamless launches supported by strategic, aligned marketing plans.
* Drive innovative initiatives to promote and optimise spaces, creating unique and engaging event experiences along with the operational team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
* Strong understanding and proven ability to manage SEO, SEM, PPC and social media marketing.
* Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
* Experience in website management, including CMS configuration (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS updates, SEO optimisation, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
* Demonstrated experience working within established brand requirements to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
