Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for property? Our client is looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly team in Trowbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support to the lettings team.
* Maintain up-to-date property files, databases, and software systems.
* Arrange and track safety certificates (e.g. gas, electrical, EPC) to ensure all properties remain compliant.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Arrange quarterly property visits and issue completed reports to tenants.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all lettings administration meets current legislation and company standards.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in administration or a similar property role preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.
