The Role
* Supporting students within the Maths department
* Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Supporting pupils who need additional help with Maths
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Encouraging engagement, confidence, and progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Level 3 TA qualification or strong relevant experience
* Experience in a secondary school setting
* Confidence supporting Maths
* Strong communication and organization skills
* A proactive, reliable and supportive approach
