Entry-Level Learning Support Assistant (Primary) – Havering

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable people to join our partner primary schools across Havering as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). You’ll help create a positive classroom atmosphere and support children to learn, play and thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one within the classroom.
* Encouraging confidence, focus and independence in children aged 4–11.
* Helping teachers prepare engaging lessons and activities.
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion for all pupils.
* Being a kind, consistent and caring presence every day.
You might have experience in:
* Care or support work (adults or children)
* Sports coaching or after-school clubs
* Volunteering in primary schools or nurseries
* Youth organisations such as Scouts, Guides, or community projects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
