A flagship London hotel is preparing for a full refurbishment and an exciting summer 2026 reopening. This 4* deluxe property will feature a rooftop bar with 360-degree views of the London skyline, indoor and outdoor seating, and a private dining space. This is a brand-new F&B concept for the hotel, and they're looking for a hands-on leader to take the reins .
The Role
Report directly into the Hotel GM and will act as a strategic guide to launch something unique and memorable
Lead the Restaurant & Bar offering, supporting on concept, menu design, and strategy through to execution - Asian-influenced
Build and manage a team of around 70, ensuring operational excellence and high standards
Maximise the use of indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the year
A strong wet environment – so good knowledge of the bar as well!
About You
Experienced in leading high-volume, premium F&B operations
Strong track record in concept creation, menu design, and team leadership
Hands-on, guest-focused, and commercially savvy
Able to deliver operational excellence while developing a motivated and high-performing team
