The Role: As our Reward Advisor youll play a key part in making sure every colleague feels valued and rewarded for the work they do. You will support the design, delivery and governance of the Groups reward and recognition initiatives to ensure they remain fair, compliant, competitive and are engaging for all colleagues. Key Responsibilities : Reward Operations and Governance prepare and administer our annual rewards cycle, including maintaining accurate records, policy updates, creating manager guidance and supporting payroll with reward related inputs. Benchmarking and Analysis conducting salary and benefits benchmarking to develop insights. Turn those insights into clear dashboards that highlight trends and risks, helping us make informed decisions. Advisory and Stakeholder Support collaborating and offering guidance on pay decisions, promotions, and reward alignment. Ensuring reward practices stay aligned and fair. Policy, Compliance and Risk maintaining and updating relevant policies, and ensuring were always compliant with legislation and regulatory requirements. Benefits and Recognition support the administration of benefits and track how our recognition programmes are being used. Use this data to suggest improvements that make a real difference to our people. Continuous Improvement look for ways to make our processes and data even better, identifying improvements in reward cycles and system integrations. About You: Experience in reward or compensation (or HR Analytics) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling), data integrity and analytical problem solving Confidence working with HR systems and payroll integrations, and comfortable handling large data sets A good understanding of legal and ethical pay practices (equal pay, pay transparency, benefits tax basics) Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to coach managers and influence stakeholders Its great if you also have experience in any of these areas, but theyre not essential: Exposure to job evaluation frameworks and salary survey participation Benefits administration/renewals experience and vendor coordination Familiarity with gender pay gap reporting The Rewards: As well as a competitive salary, we offer a structured career with the opportunity for personal development and training within our rewarding environment.
