Export Sales Coordinator – Permanent – South Liverpool - £27,600k Forrest Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic team in South Liverpool. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication and close collaboration with internal teams, sales managers and customers. Key Responsibilities: * Process and manage sales orders daily, efficiently and accurately * Liaise with internal departments to ensure order accuracy * Handle customer queries by phone and email * Complete general administrative tasks and data entry * Build product knowledge to support customers and maximise sales * Complete new line and promotional information as required * Coordinate with customers on stock, quality, logistics, and documentation * Prepare and issue export documentation in line with destination requirements and terms of sale * Ensure compliance with export regulations, including HM Customs * Manage shipping documentation, invoices and certificates * Provide diary management support The ideal candidate must have export documentation experience, strong communication across stakeholders, thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
