Interim Senior HR Business Partner
Hybrid working (North West-based)
Day rate: £350-£400 per day (inside IR35)
3-month initial contract with potential extension
An exciting interim opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to provide expert HR leadership and drive critical people initiatives with immediacy and impact.
About the Role
As Interim Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering pragmatic and timely people solutions across a wide remit. You'll lead on key projects, support organisational change, and help embed effective people strategies to support business objectives.
This role demands an agile, hands-on professional who can quickly establish credibility, work independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide interim HR leadership and expert guidance to senior leaders
* Manage and drive change initiatives, including organisational restructuring and employee relations
* Support the delivery of talent, engagement, and performance management programmes
* Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent, business-focused people solutions
* Use workforce data and insights to inform decisions and recommend practical actions
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and ability to apply it confidently
* Skilled at stakeholder management, with a clear, assertive communication style
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
* Adaptable, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
* Location: Greater Manchester - Hybrid Working
* Duration: 3 months initial contract with scope to extend
