We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our business own the delivery of our marketing analytics capabilities, required across the corporate channel as week as supporting on the transformation and our approach to marketing & operational data. Key Responsibilities: Continually refine business KPI metrics from insight led data Work alongside the Analytics Manager to design, manage and implement relevant analytical techniques and processes (AB testing, CRO etc) to better understand key customer behaviour and drive change through economic insights. Work closely with MIBI & CRM teams to support the development of automated key reporting for stakeholders in marketing & operations and wider corporate business functions Take ownership of the delivery of projects that necessitate analytical capability to provide better customer outcomes or more efficient delivery of our corporate capability Pro-actively supporting the marketing team with data, analysis and insights from previous digital & direct marketing. Continually review and adapt defined processes to maintain excellence in delivery Skills and Experience: Experience in marketing campaign analysis and/or digital analytics is required Experience working with a variety of platforms including - PowerBI (essential).
