Position: 12-Month FTC, full time
Location: Crawley Office (Tues&Weds) the remainder of the week remote.
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Delivery Team to work within our events platform portfolio.
At William Reed we have several business units which run face-to-face events, each event requires a marketing site and event build whether for event attendance or awards nomination. As part of the Digital Delivery team we are responsible for setting up and managing of the marketing sites and event builds.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of the event refresh cycle.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates, content changes, and enhancements to the events management platforms.
* Working with our suppliers to keep abreast or the development pipelines and releases.
* Software configuration and site setup
* Assisting with overseeing the use of our guest list management software
* Supporting our in-house voting platform.
* To take on other projects across other digital systems at William Reed.
Our Project Managers are diligent problem solvers who learn quickly and make things happen. They are proactive results-driven individuals with a track record of delivering across a broad range of digital technologies, platforms and channels.
What you'll need:
· Demonstrable experience delivering digital projects such as CMS implementations, Ad Serving set up, e-Commerce, Lead Generation, Subscriptions Management platform integrations, Analytics, etc.
· Excellent organisational and administration skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
· Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
It would be great if you have worked with external technology suppliers (SaaS platform providers, hosting, infrastructure, etc), have experience of B2B publishing or experience in subscriptions management, but it is not essential!
