Are you an organized and dynamic professional with a knack for multitasking and leading a team? We're seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. As the Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive workspace.


Job Responsibilities

* Manage, design, and implement policies and procedures related to the company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
* Ensure inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
* Provide training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
* Provide counseling to employees in the program.
* Require a bachelor's degree in a related area.
* Typically report to top management.
* Manage through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
* Contribute input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility.


Administrative Oversight

* Manage and coordinate office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and supplies procurement.
* Implement and maintain efficient physical and digital filing systems.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productive work.


Staff Support

* Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
* Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related matters.


Facilities Management

* Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
* Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
* Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.


Budget Management

* Monitor office expenditures and work within allocated budgets.
* Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies.


Communication

* Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
* Distribute internal announcements, memos, and updates as necessary.
