MY client is seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, family-oriented company that prides itself on innovation, collaboration, and delivering market-leading solutions.
We are a provider of SaaS platforms for digital content services to businesses across a variety of sectors. Our clients range from independent businesses in hospitality, beauty and healthcare and include major brands such as Mercedes, the NHS, and Virgin Active & Landrover. We also provide SaaS platforms to magazine and content publishers.
As we expand our software and digital services offering, we’re looking for a confident, strategic, and results-driven sales professional to lead the growth of our partnership network. This includes building relationships across a broad spectrum of businesses from hospitality to leisure and travel, as well as content publishers to create long-term partnerships and drive revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, approach and secure new strategic partnerships across key sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
* Understand partner needs and craft tailored digital and print solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and account growth.
* Meet and exceed partnership sales targets and KPIs.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of proven experience in partnership sales.
* Out-of-the-box thinking to create new routes to market.
* 2 + years selling SaaS either directly or through partnerships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client challenges.
* A self-starter with a positive outlook and a drive to succeed.
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
* Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
