Overview
The Acute and Urgent Care Service are looking to recruit a PA to work with our two Clinical Directors and be part of the managements administration team based at the Oleaster Centre.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will be responsible for arranging and servicing meetings, coordinating day to day diary management, the production of presentation material and reports and ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.
* The post holder will be required to make decisions within delegated authority, on behalf of the Clinical Director(s).
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in a secretarial or personal assistant position.
* Aptitude to manage own workload, use initiative and maintain information governance.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), minute taking, diary management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team with other staff, patients and the public; empathetic approach towards people suffering from a mental illness.
