We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated nurse with a keen interest in Clinical Site Management to support the running of Bridlington Hospital out of hours. If you are interested in developing your clinical, site management, and leadership skills this role could be for you!

Main duties of the job
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience by actively supporting effective patient flow and ensuring patients are cared for in the right place, at the right time. The role requires sound judgement, effective decision‑making, and the ability to prioritise patient safety while balancing competing operational demands.
You will be actively involved in service improvement and transformation initiatives, contributing to the development and delivery of new ways of working that support patient flow, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of care across the organisation. This includes working collaboratively with clinical teams, operational colleagues, and wider stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
The role requires confidence and resilience in working independently out of hours, providing senior support and decision‑making in a dynamic and sometimes pressurised environment. You will be supported through a structured induction programme and a set of clearly defined competencies to ensure you are equipped to succeed in the role.

9. First level Adult Registered Nurse
10. Teaching/mentorship qualification
11. Evidence of continued professional development

12. Degree in Health related topic or able to demonstrate equivalent experience

28. Experience of writing reports policies and/or protocols
