Job title : Lead Data Engineer
Location : Leeds & Bristol

3 days onsite in a week
* Lead and manage offshore teams covering
Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Modelling
activities.
* Provide technical direction, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to data architecture and engineering best practices.
* Plan and allocate work across the offshore team, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
* Design, develop, and oversee scalable data pipelines using
PostgreSQL
,
Google BigQuery
, and
Google Cloud Spanner
.
* Ensure data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
* Guide optimization of SQL queries, partitioning strategies, indexing, and cost‑efficient data processing.
