My Client is looking for a proactive Customer Account Manager to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our valued customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers via phone, email, and fax
* Provide accurate quotes and follow up to convert into orders
* Process customer orders and coordinate shipments
* Advise on tooling and material usage
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
* Maintain records and update CRM system
What You ll Need:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using computers (MS Office)
* Fluent in English (spoken & written)
* Sales or admin experience (preferred but not essential)
* Background in aerospace/manufacturing (desirable)
