Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We're offering you the unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the UKs largest consumer finance provider. You'll be responsible for leading the team to maximise demand generation across our four brands - Lloyds, Halifax, BoS and MBNA - and via our own and third-party digital channels, delivering fair value for customers and ensuring responsible lending within risk appetite.
As the Commercial Trading Senior Manager, you'll provide actional insight to optimise our commercial performance, proposition development and customer loan demand within our channels and journeys. You'll work closely with our Senior Leaders to develop and deliver our business strategy, influence and collaboration are key to success.
What will I be doing?
* Responsible for delivery and optimisation of the commercial plan, budgeting and forecasting and strategic investment initiatives.
* Ownership of business and market forecasts, including lending, balance sheet, market share and income outlook.
* Extensive market knowledge and awareness - making recommendations from your insight to shape the Loans commercial agenda.
* Strong interpersonal skills to maximise commercial impact, demonstrating and maintaining internal and external customer relationships - including our third-party suppliers.
* Ultimately responsible for the maintenance of commercial risk, ensuring opportunities are maximised and risks mitigated.
* Leading and developing a high-performing Commercial Performance team through stretching performance objectives, constructive feedback and coaching.

* Data Insights and Storytelling: Apply product led thinking to reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring solutions are user centric, iterative, and aligned to evolving business needs.
* Communicate & Influence: Present and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC).
