Our Liverpool based, motor claims handling team are looking for an Admin Assistant. The role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract - upon completion other opportunities may be open to you to continue your job journey.
What will you be doing?
The role is to provide administrative support to the claims handlers in the pre-litigated motor claims handling team. Your tasks will include: inputting new claims on to our internal system, answering phone calls made into the department, dealing with queries and monitoring inboxes.
Key Accountabilities
• To provide support to a team of claims handlers
• To adhere to client specific protocols and best practice
• To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
• To create accurate internal system records
• Answer incoming calls
• Filing
• File management
• Accurately input claims
• Sort and dispatch the post
• To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations
• Adhere to the Keoghs Values
Working Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
Primary location for this role is Liverpool Office, this is a hybrid role requiring more days in the office whilst training is provided. Options to work at home will become available once fully up-to-speed
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
* Previous admin experience
* Excellent IT skills including excel and inputting data accurately and efficiently
* Good communication skills, has the confidence and ability to speak verbally over the phone
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload
* Has the ability to prioritise tasks
