What You'll Do:
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to enhance Procurement’s influence across the Firm.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to optimise spending, innovate, and improve sustainability.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to secure best value and terms.
• Lead strategic procurement projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Champion ESG initiatives and implement the Firm's Responsible Procurement strategy.
• Shape and refine procurement strategy, policies, and processes.
• Manage and mentor team members while deputising for the Head of Procurement.
Who We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in a senior Procurement role, ideally in professional services.
• Expertise in delivering high-value, complex procurement projects across diverse categories.
• Passion for sustainability, with a track record in driving ESG and Supplier Management initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership experience with a proactive, innovative mindset to drive meaningful outcomes.
