As a full stack developer in Digital, working in the Digital Chapters team, you’ll be exposed to some of the highest engineering standards in Santander and solving impactful problems for customer-facing journeys across the bank.
You’ll work front-to-back on customer journeys in agile teams, collaborating with engineering experts to define standards across Digital, including high-profile journeys like Edge Home and My Home Manager. The teams are committed to innovation, hosting hackathons, workshops, and working closely with third parties to learn and improve.

* Experience with backend tools like Node.js and GraphQL

* AWS DevOps experience
* Accessibility expertise
* Experience with AI tools or technologies
* Ability to tailor content and share relevant information
* Strong communication skills
* Contributions to open-source projects
Additional information:
* This role is based in Milton Keynes.
* We support hybrid working with at least 12 days per month in the office.
