This is a vital role that ensures the school remains a safe and clean environment for both staff and pupils. You will be part of a dedicated estates team that takes pride in the appearance and functionality of the school buildings and grounds. Core Responsibilities You will serve as a primary key-holder, managing the daily opening and closing of the school and responding to out-of-hours emergencies if required. The role includes performing general repairs, decorating, and supervising external contractors during major works. You will also be responsible for regular safety checks, including fire alarm testing and water temperature monitoring to comply with health and safety legislation.
