The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced solicitor to handle a quality caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers' Liability, and RTA matters across Portal, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track levels. This is an ideal role for someone who is both a strong technical lawyer and a supportive leader who enjoys mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
You'll play an important part in the development of our team as the firm grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a quality caseload of (Apply online only) EL/PL/OL/RTA files.
Provide casework review, guidance, and training support to a small but growing team.
Contribute to the growth and leadership of the team, with opportunities to shape processes and mentor new joiners.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to uphold our commitment to exceptional client service.
Attend monthly in-person team meetings (one Wednesday per month) and work two days per week in the Manchester office as part of our hybrid model.
What We're Looking For
Qualified solicitor with 6-12 years' PQE.
Strong background in Multi-Track and Intermediate Track personal injury matters.
Confidence handling a mixed caseload of EL/PL, OL, and RTA claims.
A natural people leader who is supportive, approachable, and commercially astute.
