We’re working with a friendly primary school looking for a calm, confident educator to support Year 6 pupils with targeted maths and literacy interventions. It’s all about small groups, focused sessions, and those lightbulb moments that make a real difference, especially as SATs approach.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering structured maths and literacy interventions
* Supporting pupils who need a confidence boost, not pressure
* Working closely with class teachers to track progress
* Helping Year 6 feel ready for the next step, one win at a time
What we’re looking for
* Experience supporting KS2 pupils, especially Year 6
* A patient, encouraging approach that builds trust quickly
* Strong maths and literacy skills
* Someone who gets that progress isn’t always loud, but it matters

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
