A small, independent bakery is seeking a professional, motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail and food preparation unit.
Along with a salary of up to £15 per hour, you will receive: A stable and consistent work schedule 5 days per week, Tuesday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 and Saturday, 09:00-17:00.

As Shop Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising daily shop operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflow.
Providing guidance, support and constructive feedback to team members, helping them to develop their skills and maintain high standards.
Acting as the key point of contact on-site, ensuring effective communication across the team and with management.
Managing customer interactions, including serving, answering phone calls, and processing orders.
Maintaining accurate records, including the shop diary and order logs.
Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
