Responsibilities:
* Assist senior chefs in food preparation and production
* Contribute to menu planning and creation of innovative dishes
* Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
* Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
* Support team management in daily operations
* Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting
* Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
* Qualification in culinary arts or relevant field is desirable
* Passion for creating culinary delights and exploring new flavours
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
