We take pride in recruiting visionary leaders who can pioneer this next stage of transformation. We are now looking for a Club Director to join our Club Management team, leading our club portfolio with Mayfair at its core.
The Club Director is responsible for leading the strategic transformation and operational excellence across luxury club environments, ensuring premium service, world-class hospitality and exceptional commercial performance. With Mayfair entering its transition to a social wellness destination, the Club Director will play a defining role in shaping this flagship model, setting standards that will influence the future of the organisation.
The Role
This role will combine operational leadership with brand evolution, especially across newly defined social wellness propositions. Daily responsibilities include:
1. Providing visionary leadership to guide General Managers through transformation and elevated service delivery.
2. Pioneering new social wellness experiences tailored to every member's needs.
3. Embedding refined hospitality standards that elevate Mayfair into a member-led community hub.
4. Curating immersive programming—social events, exclusive activations, expert-led workshops and bespoke services.
5. Ensuring Mayfair sets benchmark quality levels in atmosphere, design, service and experience.
6. Driving commercial growth through premium offerings, partnerships, and revenue diversification.
Experience
7. Experience within luxury hospitality, premium fitness, private members clubs or multi-site leadership.
8. A deep understanding of exceptional guest experience and experiential service models.
9. Strong commercial and brand-building capabilities, ideally involving transformation or service redesign.
10. The ability to inspire leaders and teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
11. Creativity and innovation to shape new-to-market wellness propositions.
12. Passion for premium wellbeing, elevated service and experiential environments.
