Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint a full time Attendance & Pupil Support Officer to work alongside key academy staff to promote and support high levels of attendance, to support pupils in achieving their full potential.
In order to reduce levels of absence and promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture, the successful applicant will need to work with pupils and families closely. You will be required to demonstrate flexibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, pupils and parents/carers alike.

The position is on a full-time basis working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.
