Costa Store Manager – Wexham Park Hospital
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
Lead a Busy Costa Store in a Dynamic Hospital Environment
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Wexham Park Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well‑known brand in a fast-paced, high‑footfall setting where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team—delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store’s overall performance.
What you’ll be doing
* Taking full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the Costa store
* Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods
* Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls
* Completing weekly admin, reporting, and operational tasks
* Acting as the key decision‑maker on site, resolving issues proactively
* Maintaining a safe, compliant environment in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
* Driving engagement and creating a positive team culture

* A passionate leader with a strong focus on customer service
* Experience managing or supervising in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment
* A confident decision‑maker who uses initiative and remains calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, flexible, and committed with a strong work ethic
* A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and hands‑on approach
