Position: Security Officer
Location: Centre Point WC1A
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 - 1900
Salary: £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based at a new high end development in the heart of London’s West End. The development consists of 82 residential units is located close to Tottenham Court Road Underground Station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Security Officer at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
2. you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
3. you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
4. You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
5. your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
6. You’ll be in possession of a door supervisor SIA licence
