The role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Leeds (LS18). This full-time role begins in January 2026 and involves supporting a Year 3 class as part of a well-established team. Requirements
We’re looking for someone with previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with KS1 or KS2 pupils. The role will involve:
Leading intervention sessions
Providing 1:1 support
Running small group catch-up activities
