As Area Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch performance, ensuring teams are motivated, engaged, and achieving their targets. You will:
* Coach, develop, and manage branch managers and their teams to maximise performance
* Drive employee engagement through proactive recruitment, retention, and development
* Monitor and report on your region's P&L, ensuring income targets are achieved and exceeded
* Implement strategies to boost market share and identify new business growth opportunities
* Take decisive action to support underperforming branches and maintain profitability across the region
We're looking for a proven leader with:
* Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven estate agency or similar environment
* Strong commercial acumen with significant P&L responsibility
* Ability to influence, inspire, and lead change with humility and approachability
* A track record of driving growth and exceeding targets
