This role focuses on managing counterparty credit risk through effective stress testing and comprehensive analysis. Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will perform extensive risk analysis to inform strategic decisions, ensuring effective risk management practices.
- Own and execute external and internal counterparty credit risk stress testing
- Perform in-depth analysis on the counterparty credit portfolio and stress test results
- Prepare and explain the risk analysis to senior stakeholders, committees, and regulators
- Develop, maintain, review and control processes for stress testing results
- Engage with stakeholders to test the adequacy of outcomes
- Understand key drivers and risks for informed business decisions
- Assess the compliance of stress testing models with regulatory requirements
- Work on prioritized projects such as EBA or ICAAP stress tests
- Support other financial risk management tasks including CCR portfolio management and reporting
- Continuously develop understanding of industry risks relevant for CCR

Must have experience & skills:
- Experience in Counterparty Credit Risk or Market Risk is advantageous
- Knowledge of financial products and experience in analysing/modelling derivatives
- Excellent academic background in quantitative disciplines (economics, finance, statistics/mathematics, sciences or engineering)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Programming experience is an advantage
- Experience with relevant risk management software
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial institutions
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills
