Key Responsibilities:-
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students ranging from 16-19 years old, adults, and apprentices at levels 1 to 3.
* Develop engaging lesson plans and practical sessions that inspire and motivate students.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Who You Are:
You are an enthusiastic and skilled professional with:
* A relevant qualification and experience in the painting and decorating field.
* English and maths at grade 4 GCSE, or O Level grade C or above – or equivalent.
* A strong commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners with diverse needs.
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
