Gill Group is currently seeking an Embedded Software Group Lead (team manager) to provide team leadership in the design, development and delivery of products, application and services. The perfect candidate will have a 5-7 years of software development experience and 2-3 years of team lead or management.
Responsibilities

* Support project scoping, design and risk assessments

* Develop team objectives and performance management
Qualifications
* BS/MS in Engineering with 5-7 years of industry experience
* 2-3 years of proven software team management
* Demonstrable experience with project planning and process improvement
