Key Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
* Maintaining store standards front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
* Cash handling and adherence to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
* Retail sales experience is preferred but not required
* Passion for the brand and brand lifestyle
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
