The Hatch Camphill Community is a supported living provider where adults with learning disabilities and autism are supported to fulfil their potential within a beautiful community setting. Support workers at The Hatch support individuals with their day-to-day activities, helping them to manage their home, personal care, medication and money, working alternate weekends and supporting with days out and activities like bowling, going to the cinema or going out for lunch.
We are looking for dedicated, caring support workers to support the residents to fulfil their potential in a person-centred way. Previous experience of working within a care or support setting, ideally with adults with learning disabilities and autism, is desirable but not essential. We provide all the necessary training to ensure you settle in well and achieve your aspirations. However, you should have a genuine interest in providing high quality and compassionate care and support.
