Managing the day to day store operations, you will lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve high performance. The company is looking for a strong leader who has a track record of fostering a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
Coming from a similar environment, you will be a strong people leader who has worked in large-format setups in the retail environment.
