Are you a creative all-rounder with the leadership skills to guide a talented studio team and the hands-on ability to bring big ideas to life? Leopard Co is looking for a Creative Services Manager to oversee our studio and creative output across graphic design, video, and photography.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our client handling team to deliver content that powers marketing, PR, social media, and internal communications, as well as dedicated creative campaigns for use in press ads, brochures, events, websites, and other marketing collateral.
We’re looking for a creative that can:
* Lead and manage the studio, ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple projects across print and digital channels.
* Oversee the creative process from brief through to final output, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
* Provide creative direction and concept development, while remaining hands-on with graphic design
* Manage resources, including traffic management, scheduling, and freelance support.
* Collaborate with the management team to grow Leopard’s studio offering, expanding our capabilities, team, and client base.
* Be a brand guardian for Leopard Co and assist with making sure internal marketing is on point
* Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to keep designs current and innovative
You should also have:
* In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
* A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across print, digital, event, and social media.
* Proven ability to deliver end-to-end creative solutions, with a solid understanding of the technical processes behind production.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills — you thrive when juggling multiple deadlines.
* Experience in video production and photography is a plus (but not essential).
* A collaborative leader who is as comfortable developing ideas as they are refining final artwork.

We also offer a great package, with extras such as 3% match pension, 24 days holiday together with up to five additional days offered for family care. The salary will be equivalent to the level of experience you have and will range from £35,000-£40,000.
