The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Team Manager to join the Housing Solutions service for an initial 3+ month contract. In this vital role, you will lead the operational delivery and management of hostels and dispersed temporary accommodation, ensuring high standards of housing quality, safety, and resident support.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Temporary Accommodation Officers

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of temporary accommodation across spot-purchased, leased, and hostel settings

* Ensure all accommodation meets health & safety standards and statutory requirements

* Build and manage effective relationships with private landlords, managing agents, and other stakeholders

* Support service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

* Monitor performance, manage voids, and minimise rent loss

* Deputise for the Accommodation Services Lead when required
