Meraki Talent is working with a top 40 Accountancy firm who are looking for a Business Support Administrator to support the Operations team in their Bristol office.
You will have proven experience in a similar administrative role, strong attention to detail and a positive, confident attitude.
Team Administrator Responsibilities:

* Booking meeting rooms
\t
* Manage requests via the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system
\t
* Meet and greet office guests and clients
\t
* Deal with incoming calls and emails
\t
* Support with monthly billing
\t
* Support with client on-boarding
\t
* Undertake projects as required
\t
* Assist with general office admin such as filing etc.
Experience/Skills:
\t
* GCSE's in Maths and English - grade 5 or above
\t
* Proven experience in an administrative support role
\t
* Experience in professional services (preferable)
\t
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\t
* Exceptional attention to detail
\t
* Self-motivated
\t
* Strong team player
