Aspirations Care is launching an exciting new supported living service in Netherley, Liverpool, supporting eight individuals in one location. With the service set to open in January 2026, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to help shape the service from the very beginning - from recruitment and team building to service design and transition planning.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who is:
4. Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
5. A driver with access to a vehicle
6. Experienced in supporting people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
7. Skilled in team management, staff development, and service improvement
8. Passionate about person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes
️ What You’ll Be Doing
As Team Manager, you’ll:
9. Lead and develop a brand-new team of support workers
10. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality care delivery
11. Work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders
12. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies
13. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
