Chef – Trenchard Line (ESS – Compass Group) Location: Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time, site-based) Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 – working one weekend in four About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our catering team at Trenchard Line, part of ESS – Compass Group .You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality meals in a take-out style service, supporting a close-knit team that delivers excellent food and service standards for around 30–60 Service Personnel per meal.
Shift Pattern Early Shift: 06:30 – 14:30 Late Shift: 12:00 – 20:00 Working one weekend in four Meal Service Times Breakfast: 07:15 – 08:30 Lunch: 12:30 – 13:30? Dinner: 18:00 – 19:30 The Team When fully staffed, our kitchen team includes:? 2 Chefs? 1 Head Chef? 2 Front of House staff You’ll be joining a supportive, hands-on team that takes pride in delivering great food and service every day.
