Product Administrator Location: Operations Centre, Lichfield Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm. Office based. Clarendon Fine Art, the world’s largest and fastest-growing network of contemporary art galleries, is on the lookout for a Product Administrator to join our dedicated Product department. As we approach the opening of our 90th gallery, we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our business. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in administration and stock who are looking for a varied role in a unique business. About the Role: As a Product Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and support for all of our Limited Edition ranges. As well as: Invoice processing, inputting and posting to the ledger. Investigating discrepancies between goods received and the invoice and correcting them. Liaising with various departments to resolve adhoc queries and support team members. Consignment sales reporting preparation for artists and liaising with them to obtain invoices whilst resolving any issues that arise. Raising orders and purchase orders for limited edition stock with external suppliers. Updating our internal system with stock estimated delivery dates. Assist with stock replenishment analysis and other ad hoc reports. Handling day to day stock enquiries and liaising with relevant suppliers and departments for estimated dates for stock fulfilment. Stock valuation exception reporting and system resolution. Systemic receipt of inbound purchased limited stock and invoice processing and resolution. Raising orders for artist copies, liaising with logistics to arrange delivery. Managing external repair of limited and original damages, speaking to restorers or suppliers to arrange repair or replacement and processing the invoice when complete. About You: We are looking for someone who is sharp, experienced, and agile, with the following qualities: Strong Excel skills. Good IT / Computer skills. Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work at pace and with great attention to detail. ERP software experience (ideal but not essential). Team player as there will be ad hoc duties that you may pick up to assist the department. Ability to prioritise workload.
