We are looking for full time and part time staff to join our existing teams, advising clients via incoming telephone calls, webchats, emails etc..

* Train you to talk to clients about their circumstances and help them get the support they need.

* Have a good standard of education with strong skills in numeracy and literacy.
* Have experience in delivering excellent customer service.

Successful applicants must be available to attend an uninterrupted (Monday to Friday) mandatory training.
These roles will be entirely office based during probation, with the possibility of hybrid working once confirmed in post.
