This school supports children aged 3 to 19, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across all key stages. Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning to meet individual student needs. Provide one-on-one and small group support during lessons and daily activities. Promote students' academic progress as well as their social and emotional wellbeing. Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere. Aid in the preparation and modification of educational materials. Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and SEN specialists. Requirements: No formal qualifications required.
