Overview
ASSISTANT EDITOR
Hammer Creative is an award winning 360 creative agency specializing in the videogame industry. We have decades of experience building highly effective campaigns backed by AAA game trailers, and we’re expanding to do it all in London. We’re looking for talent to join our cross functional, nimble teams that bring expertise and creativity to every project, big or small. This role is in Hammer Creative’s London office and is hybrid (remote with onsite work as needed).
This role focuses on maintaining Hammer Creative’s high quality bar for finished assets, including color correction, mastering trailers, and social media optimized assets. There is opportunity to grow editorial skills through trailer cutdowns and short form content, while monitoring and learning from projects through finishing. You will manage sequences and files across finishing, QC, and related workflows, and may review sequences from other Finishing Editors before exporting. Clear communication with the Hammer Los Angeles team is vital to ensure effective cross‑office collaboration.
Due to the hybrid nature, you will work from home by default and on-site at our studio in London on an as-needed basis.
