About the Role
Senior Electrical Project Manager – deliver complex MEP building projects across Scotland, including Nairn Academy Passivhaus, Edinburgh public-sector programmes, St Andrews institutional works, and regional construction programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical project management on major MEP projects, ensuring high‑quality execution and programme delivery.
* Manage all electrical aspects of project scope, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, submittal logs and coordination drawings.
* Oversee quality control, sustainability actions and loss‑prevention measures.
* Coordinate material delivery, procurement and technical compliance.
* Lead pre‑construction, progress and technical meetings.
* Ensure accurate as‑built documentation and support commissioning and handovers.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Electrical or MEP Project Management within building‑services environments.
* Experience delivering complex projects, preferrably in education.
* Ability to lead multi‑discipline teams and drive programme performance.
* Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.
* Commitment to quality, safety and technical excellence.
Travel & Flexibility
Travel to multiple sites across Scotland – Edinburgh, St Andrews, Forres, Fort William, Inverness and Nairn – is required.
