About the Role
The client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client and broker relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.
This role requires a commercially minded individual who can effectively assess and manage risk, negotiate favorable outcomes, and ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients and intermediary partners.
2. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
3. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, up selling, and retention strategies.
4. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and professional relationships.
5. Conduct regular broker and client reviews to assess needs, discuss performance, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
