Application Deadline: 1 June 2026
Department: Internships
Location: Manchester
Description
12‑month FTC – Starting September 2026
We’re launching our first‑ever Internship Programme and there’s never been a better time to join Adanola. During the 12‑month Internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced teams, and contribute to projects that shape our business. This isn’t just “shadowing”; you’ll take ownership of meaningful tasks and gain a true understanding of Adanola.
Our internship programme offers the opportunity to work within one of our teams (Product / Brand / Commercial / Finance) and collaborate cross‑functionally on projects that impact our brand, products and operations worldwide.
What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will rotate between social media, influencer, and partnerships, supporting the delivery of campaigns, content, and brand activations. You’ll develop an understanding of content creation, influencer strategy, and performance tracking, assisting with tasks such as outreach, product seeding, content scheduling, and event support. You’ll work on tasks such as those detailed below.
Influencer
* Work alongside the influencer team to build an understanding of brand guidelines and Influencer Marketing strategy.
* Support brainstorming and sharing ideas for influencer partnerships that align with the brand’s identity across platforms.
* Assist in preparing for influencer meetings and help track basic performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Support the coordination and sending of creative mailers for key launches.
* Assist the partnerships team with influencer or community‑related events and projects.
Social
* Content creation: supporting ideation and execution of assets for organic and paid channels, gaining experience in editing natively to key channels.
* Scheduling and briefing: develop knowledge of creating on‑brand and engaging copy for organic channels as well as posting/scheduling content across key channels, including Instagram grid, stories and Pinterest.
* Analytics and reporting: gain an understanding of key performance metrics for each channel and reporting across platforms.
* Trend and creator awareness: monitor emerging social trends relevant to our channels and seek out on‑brand creators for us to collaborate with, whilst keeping our social content calendar in mind.
* Community management: engaging in comments on our own channels and UGC content, sharing key content and conversations across teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Be curious, proactive and eager to learn, thriving in a dynamic working environment.
* Demonstrate they are a strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across departments.
* Be organised with a good eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to pick up new tools.
* Be completing their undergraduate degree (and looking for a year in industry) or have recently graduated with a relevant degree.
We don’t expect you to meet every requirement – if you’re excited about the role and ready to learn, we would encourage you to apply.
